Workplace & Employment Lawyer | 3+ Years PAE

Chamberlains Law Firm is looking for an experienced Workplace & Employment Lawyer to join our growing Workplace & Commercial team.
Ideally, you will have 3+ years' post-admission experience across workplace/employment and commercial law.
The role is preferably based in Sydney, however we are open to considering solid candidates in other locations.

About the role
You will work across a varied practice, with matters potentially including:
Employment contracts, policies and workplace documentation
Workplace disputes, performance management and termination matters
General employment and workplace relations advice
Employment-related litigation and disputes
Commercial disputes and litigation
Commercial contracts and advisory matters
Assisting businesses with practical, commercially focused solutions
Developing strong and lasting client relationships
Previous experience across both employment/workplace law and commercial matters will be highly regarded.
Litigation experience would also be an advantage.

Has 3+ years' PAE, ideally in workplace/employment and commercial law




Enjoys working directly with clients and delivering practical advice
Has strong drafting, communication and analytical skills
Takes ownership of their matters while enjoying working collaboratively

Is interested in building professional networks, client relationships and participating in business development
