Your Experience and Expertise
You are an experienced commercial property lawyer, with a broad practice including acquisitions and divestments, development and leasingYou have experience in securing, negotiating and documenting property rights (eg. land acquisition, easements, potential compulsory acquisitions)You have experience dealing with landholders and titlesThe ability to provide timely, commercial legal advice on complex real estate matters including leasing, development, construction, property management and other asset-related issuesYou are experienced in managing and resolving legal issues, including engagement with tenants, contractors and other external stakeholdersYou have the ability to build and manage strong working relationships with senior executives and other key internal stakeholdersYou have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise
