Search is changing rapid, and that is exactly what makes this role exciting.
Visibility is no longer only about ranking in Google.
It is about helping brands become discoverable, trusted and useful wherever people search, ask questions and make decisions across traditional search, answer engines and generative AI platforms.RCJ is looking for a Senior SEO & GEO Specialist who wants to help define what modern organic visibility looks like for our clients.
You will lead strategies spanning SEO, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and AI visibility, combining proven search fundamentals with an active test-and-learn approach to emerging platforms, behaviours and measurement. This role is for someone who is not threatened by the effect of AI on search.
You are energised by the evolution.
You want to test hypotheses, challenge old assumptions, find out what earns visibility and citations, and turn those learnings into practical client strategies. You will work across technical SEO, content and entity strategy, structured data, authority development, digital PR opportunities, analytics and AI-search experimentation.
You will also help clients and internal teams understand what is changing, what still matters and where to act next.As a multiple Mumbrella Award finalist with several new client wins, RCJ is entering an exciting phase.

You understand that technical health, useful content, authority and clear information architecture remain critical, while the surfaces and signals influencing visibility continue to expand. You are comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on delivery.
One day you may be diagnosing an indexation issue or migration risk; the next you may be analysing whether a client is being cited in AI-generated answers, developing an entity strategy, improving answer-ready content or designing a controlled visibility experiment. You use data to form a point of view, but you do not wait for perfect certainty before testing.
You can explain complex search changes in plain language, turn findings into prioritised actions and confidently guide clients, developers, content teams and internal stakeholders. You see AI as a tool and a new discovery environment, not a shortcut.
