The role focuses on first and second-level helpdesk support, provisioning and configuring recent equipment, and contributing to IT projects to support service delivery.You will provide on-site and off-site support, maintain documentation and ensure security across Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments while meeting safeguarding and workplace health and safety requirements.
