Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team.
About the Role
As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will help customers find the right vehicle while delivering a seamless and enjoyable buying experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
Managing sales enquiries and following up leads
Building solid relationships with new and existing customers
Achieving individual and team sales targets
Maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
Promoting dealership products and services where appropriate
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
A passion for helping customers and achieving results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, energetic and professional attitude




Strong time management and organisational skills
The ability to work both independently and within a team
A current and valid driver's licence
Automotive sales experience is highly regarded.
