GenesisCare has an opportunity for a Patient Services Officer (Medical Administration) to join our supportive Albury clinic on a permanent full time basis.As one of the first points of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, calm and supportive experience throughout their journey.
You will work closely with our clinical team to help keep the clinic running smoothly and ensure patients feel supported from the moment they arrive.This is a busy and varied role where no two days are quite the same.
You will be part of a close knit team, balancing patient support with a range of reception and administrative responsibilities.You do not need to come from a healthcare background to make an impact in this role.
If you are organised, adaptable and passionate about helping people, we would love to hear from you.More specifically, you will:Provide day to day administrative support to the radiation oncology clinical teamBook and manage patient appointments for consultations and treatmentMaintain accurate patient records across clinical and administrative systemsAssist with billing, receipting and payment processingRespond to phone and email enquiries with professionalism and careHelp keep the clinic running smoothly by managing changing priorities and day to day administrative needsWe're looking for someone who has:A genuine passion for patient care and delivering great customer serviceStrong communication and organisational skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environmentA professional,
