The two‐year development path includes hands‐on project experience on major infrastructure, mentoring, and structured learning to build technical, commercial and leadership capabilities.You'll commence on a live project (Cressbrook Dam) and take on meaningful responsibility from day one, with opportunities to travel and relocate to regional project locations across Southeast Queensland.
