MyIntegra is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator to assess needs and coordinate supports for participants referred for coordination services.
The role is remote, but based in Sydney with some visits to clients.You will facilitate plan implementation, manage admin, and build relationships with government bodies and disability groups.
Success requires empathy, robust communication, excellent organization, and ability to generate leads and maintain stakeholder networks.
