You will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards and contributing to a positive and respectful team workplace.Key responsibilities include:Medication administration and clinical documentationConducting baseline and focused clinical assessmentsReviewing and updating care plansWound care managementSupporting and leading care staff on shiftLiaising with residents, families and staffEnsuring compliance with aged care standards and policiesAbout YouAre you somebody who is passionate about delivering quality Aged Care services to the local community?
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseSkilled in medication management, wound care, resident assessments and updating care plansPrevious aged care experience is desirableCurrent First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Ability to work across day, afternoon,
