You'll advocate internally on behalf of Brokers, remove friction in service delivery, and support a consistent, proactive broker experience aligned to IAG's Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA) strategy.This is a 12-month fixed- term contract based across multiple locations in Australia.
You may be based in any of our offices nationwide.
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home up to two days per week.What You'll DoDeliver responsive, qualified support across a range of broker enquiriesBuild strong understanding of broker needs to enhance their experienceMaintain clear and timely communication with brokers and internal stakeholdersEscalate complex or high‐impact matters appropriatelyPartner with underwriting, claims, and operations to progress requestsWhat You'll BringStrong customer service experience,
