Hays Business Support in Hobart is seeking an APS3 Customer Service Officer for a Federal Government agency. The role is a full-time, 12-month temporary assignment in the Hobart CBD, office-based and frontline in-person and phone support.
Responsibilities include delivering qualified customer service at the front counter, assisting with enquiries, processing documents, and managing records. Applicants must be Australian citizens and able to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.
