Identify and link carers with appropriate financial services and supports.
Support carers to maintain financial stability and improve their ongoing financial wellbeingThe ability to travel between our Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect Centres in Wangaratta and Shepparton is essential.This role is classified under the Community Health Centre (Stand Alone Services) Social and Community Service Employees Multi Enterprise Agreement **** level 4 $*****- $***** per hour + superannuationSkills & ExperienceTo thrive in this role, you'll bring:Diploma of Financial Counselling and Financial Counselling Victoria membership, or eligibility, with a minimum of 24 months financial counselling experience.Demonstrated ability to deliver financial counselling using a client centred approach.Ability to ensure client privacy and confidentiality requirements,
