Branch Supervisor - Garden and Building Supplies
A varied role combining customer service, team leadership and hands‐on work. You will be taking customer orders over the phone and in person, coordinating deliveries and allocating jobs to drivers, completing daily banking and general administration, supervising and coordinating a small team, providing excellent customer service, assisting with loading trucks and yard duties when required, and ensuring the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the branch.

About you
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
A positive, practical and hands‐on attitude




Confidence using computers and processing orders
Knowledge of concrete products would be advantageous but is not essential
A front‐end loader ticket would be advantageous but is not essential
