About The Role:
Unidex Healthcare are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to support an 20-year-old female participant based in Stratheden, NSW.
The participant has sustained a spinal cord injury resulting in reduced lower limb mobility and some upper limb limitations.
She is a vibrant, energetic, and spiritual young woman, and this role would suit someone who can provide compassionate, person-centred support while fostering independence and positive engagement in daily life.
Monday - Sunday
10:00AM - 15:00PM (5)18:00PM - 22:00PM (4)
Pay Rates:
Day - $***** per hourAfternoon - $***** per hourSaturday - $***** per hourSunday - $***** per hour




Staff are paid a mileage incentive of $0.73c per km (minus the first 10km) when travelling to and from shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Support with personal care and daily living activities, including supervision and promptingAssistance with bowel therapy (administering enema and digital stimulation)Assistance with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparationSupport with community access and rehab appointments
Skills & Experiences:
Certificate III in Individual Support or relevantCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificateCurrent Police Check - within the last 12 monthsNDIS - Worker Orientation Module or willing to completeNDIS - Supporting Effective Communication Module or willing to completeNDIS Worker Screening CheckWorking with Children CheckFull Australian working rightsAustralian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehiclePositive attitude, reliable, and flexible
