You'll be in the room during final menu shaping, ordering, and supplier selection, working closely with the Head Chef to shape the kitchen's direction.
The role requires 2+ years as a Sous Chef or a solid Senior CDP, comfort with dietary adaptations, and full working rights in Australia.
