You'll be the person who keeps the wheels turning. You'll allocate and schedule jobs across Brisbane and Toowoomba trucks, plus Townsville long-haul runs, working closely with drivers to plan routes, load sequences and pickups/drops. You'll juggle changing priorities, last-minute bookings and manage communication between customers, drivers and the office, making quick calls to keep things running smoothly.

Keep customers, drivers and the office in the loop
About you
Strong knowledge of Brisbane and its suburbs




Experience in transport allocation, dispatch or logistics (preferred, not essential for the right person)
Stay calm when things move fast
Clear communicator who gets on well with drivers
Organised and reliable, with a valuable eye for detail
A team player who's happy to pitch in
