Uniting is seeking passionate Local Area Coordinators (LACs) in Batemans Bay to assist participants with navigating the NDIS and accessing services. The role focuses on guiding participants through plan development, funding understanding, and building capacity through person-centered support.
These full time positions offer work-from-home flexibility (up to 2 days per week), a SCHADS level starting around AUD 92,000 per year, salary packaging up to AUD 18,550, plus superannuation.
