Job Position: Accountant Location: 477 Bridge Road, Richmond, VIC ****, Australia Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 Per Year You will be responsible for performing the following job duties but are not limited to:
Developing financial statements for presentation to boards of directors, management, shareholders, and governing and statutory bodies
Managing financial investigations, preparing reports, undertaking audits, and advising on various financial matters
Identifying costs and organizations' income and expenditure
Delivering assurance on the accuracy of financial reports and compliance with statutory requirements
Offering financial and taxation advice on business structures, plans, and operations
Arranging taxation returns for individuals and organizations
Sustaining accounting systems,



advising on computer-based systems
Maintaining internal control systems and assessing cash flow and financial risk for capital investment projects.
Assisting in the development of budgetary and accounting policies
Providing advice on business transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, capital financing, suspected fraud, insolvency, and taxation
Analysing operating costs and income/expenditure of organizations
Ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial reports with statutory requirements
Handling tax returns for individuals and organizations
Collaborating with financial institutions and brokers to establish funds management arrangements
Implementing and managing accounting systems, including computer-based systems
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience or above and
Bachelor's degree or above in relevant field
