We're looking for a hands-on Kiosk Manager to lead our busy Kings Park kiosk.
This role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in good service and can keep a team organised when the queues build up. You'll be working alongside your team, making coffee, serving customers and keeping the operation running smoothly.
The role
Manage daily operations, including opening and closing.
Recruit, train and lead the team.
Plan rosters around trade and manage labour costs.
Maintain consistent coffee, food and service standards.
Manage ordering, stock control and wastage.
Keep the kiosk clean, organised and well stocked.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues.
Make sure staff inductions, food safety and workplace procedures are followed.
About you
Experience supervising or managing a busy café, kiosk or quick service venue.
Strong barista skills and confidence handling high-volume service.
Able to give transparent direction and train your team.
Comfortable with rostering, ordering and stock control.
Reliable, organised and willing to take ownership.
Available to work weekends and public holidays.
