We are seeking an experienced Contracts & Commercial Specialist to support a major technology transformation program within a large, complex government-owned organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute skilled to take ownership of complex contract management activities, supplier relationships, commercial negotiations and risk management across a high-profile technology program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex technology contracts and commercial arrangements across a major transformation program.
Lead commercial negotiations, contract variations, amendments and supplier performance management
Manage relationships with key technology vendors, ensuring contractual obligations, milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Identify, assess and mitigate commercial, contractual and supplier-related risks.




Oversee commercial aspects of Statements of Work, payment milestones, contract changes and supplier obligations.
Lead procurement activities and negotiations to achieve value-for-money outcomes.
Prepare commercial reports, recommendations, governance papers and executive briefings.
Skills & Experience Required
8-10+ years' experience in complex contract management, commercial management and supplier performance.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale technology, ICT or operational technology contracts.
Strong commercial negotiation skills, including contract variations, dispute resolution and risk mitigation.
Proven experience working within major programs or complex transformation environments.
Strong understanding of procurement frameworks, contract governance and commercial risk management.
Experience managing strategic technology vendors and complex supplier relationships.
