Goodstart Wantirna is seeking an Assistant Director to lead daily centre operations, coach educators, and drive high-quality education and care aligned with EYLF. You will report to the Centre Director, mentor staff, and foster solid relationships with families and the local community.
The role requires commitment to a full-time rotating roster, upholding NQS standards, and contributing to continuous improvement in a 120-place long day care setting.
