Assist prospective tenants and buyers in finding the right property
Respond to enquiries and follow up leads
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the leasing journey
Learn property marketing, campaign management and industry best practices
Support the wider team with day-to-day property operations
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You
We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for helping people.
To be successful, you will have:
Agents Representative Certificate
Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A professional presentation and customer-first mindset
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or other customer-facing roles
Availability to work weekends (with a weekday day in lieu)
