Ascot Vale Osteopathy in Melbourne is seeking a friendly Receptionist & Admin Assistant to join for a fixed-term maternity leave cover. The role is based at Moonee Ponds (112 Maribyrnong Road) and offers part time hours around 32 per week.
You will be the heartbeat of the clinic— greeting patients, handling phones, scheduling, and supporting the team. Experience in healthcare reception is a bonus; familiarity with Cliniko, Xero, Canva, Google Suite or social media is fine, with training provided
