About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced
Forklift Operator / Team Leader
to join a busy operation based in Scoresby.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who combines strong forklift operating skills with proven leadership experience. The successful candidate will be confident leading a team, coordinating daily workflows, and ensuring operational targets are met.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, demonstrate initiative, and bring a reliable, committed approach to the role.
SAP experience is advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided. Solid leadership skills, reliability, and availability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a forklift to move, load and unload materials and stock.
Lead, supervise and support team members in daily warehouse and operational activities.
Coordinate workloads and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and work quality.
Provide clear direction and support to team members.
Maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment.
Assist with stock movements, material handling, and inventory control.




Complete relevant paperwork, production records, and system updates.
Learn and utilise SAP for operational tasks following training.
Communicate effectively with management and address operational issues as they arise.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current and valid LF forklift licence.
Demonstrated experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment.
Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or senior operator role.
Strong leadership skills and the confidence to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently and take ownership of daily responsibilities.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn SAP.
A reliable, proactive, and hands-on approach.
Excellent attendance, reliability, and a strong commitment to the role.
