MongerTracker is seeking a friendly Customer Success Representative for Venues 360 Abbotsford, Melbourne. This permanent, full time, on-site role helps hospitality venues monitor spaces and run daily checks through our platform.
You will set up accounts, dashboards and forms; train venue owners and staff; answer questions by phone and email; troubleshoot issues and coordinate support; keep records up to date; bring experience in customer service or software support and strong communication.
