What we're looking for:
Outbound sales or Recruitment experience
Ambitious, driven & resilient individuals with a desire to improve and progress in your career
Entrepreneurial mindset to grow your business
Confidence to communicate clearly with candidates and clients on a daily basis
Proactive, go-getter attitude
Must be Australian PR / Citizen
What you'll be doing:
You'll receive full training and support on your sales development pathway
Proactively sourcing candidates and managing your processes




Seeking out and building relationships with new and existing clients to identify current roles
Manage the end to end recruitment process - arranging interviews, salary negotiation and closing
Become an expert in one of our technology markets
Attend in-person meeting and events
