We're partnering with a well established organisation seeking a proactive and people focused HR professional to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a varied HR role, build strong relationships across the business and contribute to meaningful people initiatives, with the intention of transitioning into a permanent position after an initial 2–3 month assignment.
Working closely with the wider People & Culture team, you'll provide practical HR support across the employee lifecycle while contributing to a range of advisory, operational and project based activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing day to day HR advice and support to managers and employees
Assisting with employee relations matters, performance management and workplace investigations
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
Interpreting HR policies, procedures and relevant employment legislation




Coordinating learning and development initiatives and supporting leadership capability
About You
You'll be a motivated HR skilled who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
To be successful, you'll bring:
Previous experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist or similar P&C; role
A solid understanding of employee relations and generalist HR practices
Confidence communicating with managers and employees at all levels
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
