Key Responsibilities
Extract, consolidate, validate, and reconcile data from multiple enterprise systems including SAP, SharePoint, Excel, project management, and engineering platforms.
Develop and maintain
Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, management scorecards, and performance reports
.
Analyse operational, project, financial, resource, quality, and schedule data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Automate and streamline reporting processes using
Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and other digital tools
.
Work with business and technology stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting standards, governance,



and create a reliable single source of truth.
Required Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel
– Power Query, Pivot Tables, Data Models; VBA desirable.
Power BI
– Data Modelling, DAX, dashboard development, and KPI reporting.
SAP reporting and data extraction with experience working across enterprise systems.
Strong
data analysis, data integration, reconciliation, and reporting
capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into explicit business insights.
