About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Off-site Supervisor to provide leadership to our contract site in Maddington. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating transport logistics and ensuring efficient scheduling to meet client requirements. You will play a key role in driving performance, coordinating deliveries and maintaining high safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day offsite operations
Plan and manage transport logistics and scheduling of vehicles and personnel
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
Monitor performance, identify improvements, and implement solutions
Undertake other ad hoc duties as required
About You




Demonstrated experience in transport and scheduling operations
Previous experience managing a team
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Effective leadership and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Commitment to safety and operational excellence
