Not stuck behind the bench: premium eBikes, in the workshop and on the road
At Lug+Carrie you'll split your week between our Fitzroy workshop and the road. You'll service and deliver eBikes to our subscribers around Melbourne in the company van. You'll work on premium Tern and Riese & Müller eBikes with Bosch drive systems, with no sales targets, just good work and happy riders.

$60,000-$70,000 + super

What you'll do
In the workshop (about 3 days a week)
Diagnose, repair, build and refurbish eBikes to a premium standard
On the road (about 2 days a week)
Service subscribers' eBikes at their homes and workplaces around Melbourne
Deliver new bikes and hand them over properly: set-up,



fit and a run-through of how to ride and look after them
Represent Lug+Carrie as the friendly face our customers see
About you
1–2+ years as a bike mechanic. eBike experience is a bonus or we'll train you!
Confident working on your own on the road, as well as in a team
Great with customers and comfortable with computer-based job tracking
Organised and reliable with your time
Current full Australian driver's licence (essential), and comfortable driving a van around Melbourne
Available for a rotating roster including Saturdays
