GU Chat is looking for a quick-moving, results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to accelerate our mobile app growth.
We want someone who
leverages AI, moves quickly, tests aggressively, and delivers measurable results — not someone who takes months to execute traditional marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities & KPIs
Lower CAC:
Reduce cost per app download while scaling acquisition.
Increase Conversions:
Turn more downloads into active, engaged users.
AI-Driven Execution:
Use AI tools to accelerate creative production, campaign testing, and optimisation.
Rapid Results:
Launch, test, and optimise campaigns within days, not months.
Performance Marketing:
Manage Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads,



and other relevant channels.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in mobile app growth and performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of CAC, CPI, conversion rates, retention, and ROAS.
Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools and automation.
Fast, independent, analytical, and highly results-oriented.
A track record of reducing acquisition costs and improving conversions.
