We're looking for a motivated and reliable Apprentice Butcher to join our team at Gramazio Fine Cuts, located in Pacific Werribee Shopping Centre.
You'll receive hands-on training from experienced butchers while learning all aspects of the trade, including meat preparation, cutting, product presentation, food safety and customer service.
What we're looking for:
A robust work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic
Good communication and teamwork skills
An interest in food and the butchery trade

To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
