Berry Street Yooralla is seeking a Community Access Coordinator to join the Southern Metropolitan Region team. The role supports the Community Access Manager to deliver high-quality supports to clients with disability across site-based, community, and in-home settings in the southeastern area.
The ideal candidate will lead a team of disability support workers, communicate effectively, maintain detailed records, and be available for diverse shifts, including weekends.
