Oaks Cairns Hotel is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie on a casual basis to support our kitchen team. You will help prepare and present meals to brand standards, work with colleagues across the kitchen, and contribute to stock control and hygiene practices.
The role requires a Certificate III in Cookery and prior hotel/restaurant experience, with flexibility for rosters across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
