ECi Executive is seeking ambitious Intermediate and Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our growing Perth team, with a particular focus on the Construction sector.
As an independently owned recruitment consultancy specialising in Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Energy and Property, we have built strong relationships with some of Western Australia's most recognised businesses.
This is an opportunity to step into an established market with warm client relationships, an extensive candidate network and genuine business opportunities already in place.
We're looking for commercially minded recruiters who enjoy building relationships, developing business and taking ownership of their success, without the restrictions of unnecessary KPIs or micromanagement.
The Opportunity
You'll have the freedom to develop and manage your own recruitment desk while benefiting from an established brand, experienced leadership and a collaborative team environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage and grow an established recruitment desk within the Construction sector
Build on existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
Develop long-term partnerships with contractors, developers and industry professionals




Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement
Identify, attract and engage high-calibre candidates across your specialist market
Conduct client meetings, negotiate terms and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Build a strong professional network and market presence
Work collaboratively with experienced consultants across complementary sectors

About You




We're keen to speak with recruiters who have developed a strong foundation in agency recruitment and are ready to take the next step in their careers.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Minimum 2 years' agency recruitment experience, ideally within a 360 environment
A proven ability to build and maintain robust client relationships
Confidence in business development, client meetings and generating new opportunities
Experience managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to placement
A commercial mindset with the drive to grow your desk and earning potential
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine team mentality
Experience recruiting within Construction, Engineering or Infrastructure would be highly regarded. However, we're equally interested in successful recruiters from other sectors who can demonstrate strong business development skills and a willingness to learn a new market.
