Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking experienced labourer for day shift to join a friendly client in Thomastown.
Our client is one of Australia's largest clay brick manufacturers. It offers a broad range of bricks and pavers for residential, architectural, and commercial applications.
Successful applicants must have full work rights to work in Australia and must be available Monday - Saturday 5:30am to 1:30pm
Your primary role will be:
Brick labourer on site ,to visually inspect the bricks for quality and if any defects or damages, remove the bricks from the conveyor and replace it with a perfect brick instead.
Inspecting the quality of the bricks, ensuring there are no cracks, breakages, or color mismatch.
Driving forklift when required ( Not much forklift work, maybe 20% of the time)
To be considered for this role you MUST:
Have experience as a laborer in general warehousing or construction.




LF Forklift license will be highly desirable
Have a strong work ethic and be able to commit to the long working hours.
Be physically fit
Safety focused.
Have reliable transport.
Can pass D&A; test
