The successful applicant will assist with general repairs, painting, carpentry and renovation tasks while maintaining quality workmanship and a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general house repairs and maintenance.
Perform painting, patching, sanding and surface preparation.
Undertake basic carpentry and renovation work.
Assist with property maintenance and improvement tasks.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly.
Maintain a clean, organised and protected worksite.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a good standard.
Follow site instructions and workplace safety requirements.
Requirements
Previous experience in handyman, renovation or property maintenance work.
Practical skills in painting,

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
