Emeco is looking for an organised and detail-oriented
Senior Rental Administrator
to oversee rental claims, billing and contractual recoveries while providing support and guidance to our Administration team.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel experience and a background in rental or contract administration who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes and supporting commercial operations.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Supporting and guiding the Rental Coordinator team, including workload allocation and training.
n
Overseeing rental claims, invoices, credits and reconciliations.
n
Ensuring billing accuracy in line with contracts and commercial terms.
n
Managing rental back charges and contractual recoveries.
n
Monitoring outstanding claims, approvals and disputes,



escalating issues as required.
n
Reviewing claims, investigating discrepancies and resolving billing issues.
n
Maintaining accurate contract records and supporting documentation.
n
Improving reporting tools, processes and billing procedures.
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
2–3 years' experience in rental administration, claims, billing or contract administration.
n
Experience coordinating a team and supporting performance.
n
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and reconciliations.
n
Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail skills.
n
Experience with ERP or finance systems such as SAP, Pronto or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
n
Robust communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
