HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable Production Operator/Spray Painter to join a manufacturing environment based in Cowra, NSW. This is a hands‐on production role involving industrial spray painting, paint booth maintenance and general assembly tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous spray painting or manufacturing experience and MUST hold a current forklift licence.

Monday to Friday
Start Time:
Adaptable – 5:00am, 6:00am or 7:00am
Pay Rate:
$***** plus loading

Industrial spray painting

About You:




Current LF forklift licence – essential
Previous industrial spray painting experience preferred
Manufacturing or production experience highly regarded
Good attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Available Monday to Friday
