Sexual Health Victoria (SHV) is seeking a Customer Service Officer - Education to join our Education Services team in a full-time, 12-month fixed-term hybrid role (3 days in office and 2 days WFH).
You will be the first contact for education clients, delivering exceptional service, coordinating bookings, registrations and timetables to support SHV's education programs across Victoria. The role requires robust organisational skills and proactive problem-solving.
