About the role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Sales Representative (approximately 15 hours per week) to join our team, servicing the Wollongong area. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional seeking flexibility while making a meaningful contribution to the growth and success of TMJ Clinics.
In this role, you will play a key part in promoting our specialised clinical services, building strong relationships with healthcare practitioners and corporate partners, and increasing awareness of TMJ Clinics within the local community. Through your relationship-building and business development efforts, you will help drive revenue growth, expand our referral network and support our mission to improve access to high-quality TMJ care.
Key responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and cultivate current business opportunities with general practitioners, physiotherapists, dentists, and other healthcare professionals who may refer patients to our clinic
Present TMJ Clinics' services to prospective corporate clients, insurance providers, and other organisations seeking specialised health solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-up and consultation
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators established for the role




Gather market feedback and competitor intelligence to support business development strategies
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote TMJ Clinics and generate leads
What we're looking for
Proven experience in sales, business development, or medical/healthcare sales—experience in healthcare sales is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage a client pipeline effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative whilst thriving in a collaborative environment
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of or interest in healthcare, medical services, or TMJ-related conditions is advantageous
A professional demeanour and commitment to representing TMJ Clinics with integrity
Flexibility to work part-time hours that may include occasional evening or weekend availability as required
A current driver's licence and access to reliable transport for client visits
