Bullhorn - Our candidates are coded. You've no idea how much easier that makes our lives - Over 65% of our placements came from our own database
Automation tools to generate new candidate & client leads and help with aftercare
Solid database of construction, property & architecture professionals and company contacts
Terms of Business - All our clients have SIGNED terms, so you won't have hairy situations occur too often
What's in it for you?
Salary Package between $70,000 - $100,000 (Depending on experience)
PLUS an attractive Commission Structure
Located at ANZAC Station/Shrine of Remembrance on St Kilda Road - coffee shops, cafes, woolies & maccas (naughty!) on your door step
5 Weeks annual leave
Work From Home (WFH) - Office days 4 days per week

Manage the full recruitment process for permanent and temporary roles across construction and property
Take client briefs and advise on salary, market conditions and candidate availability
Source, screen and interview candidates using Bullhorn, SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn and referrals
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers and provide aftercare to clients and placed candidates
Find recent clients through business development and build long-term client relationships
Keep accurate records in Bullhorn and make sure recruitment follows employment, privacy and WHS requirements
