Friendly, reliable and experienced Xero Software Subcontractor/Casual Bookkeeper required Wednesdays onsite in Moonee Ponds at a fun, skilled studio environment. The role is working for a bookkeeping company and would suit someone who may have other bookkeeping roles (or clients) and looking for extra work, or someone with young children who is getting back into the workforce and has worked in a bookkeeping capacity previously. You would be required every Wednesdays approx 5.5-7hrs per week except over the Christmas break and would average at least 6 hrs per week over a 2 week period.
Key responsibilities
Completing Fortnightly Payroll for 9 Full Time Staff
Entering Accounts Payable
Reconciling End of Month Accounts Payable Statements
Entering minimal accounts receivable and sending out monthly statements to customers
Bank Reconciliations
