Good Shepherd Lodge Ltd. is seeking a Registered Nurse to progress to a full time Clinical Nurse role at East Mackay or Beaconsfield Gardens.
The position focuses on clinical leadership, governance, and resident-centered care within an aged care setting, working Monday to Friday, day shift. You will mentor staff, support care planning, and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards while collaborating with the Clinical Manager and multidisciplinary teams to promote excellent care
