About the role
This person will manage end-to-end residential and commercial property transactions, including contract reviews, preparation of legal documents, and coordination of settlements. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while managing a range of property matters.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end residential and commercial property transactions
Conduct contract reviews and prepare legal documents
Coordinate settlements
Advise clients on their legal obligations
Liaise with real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislations
Communicate clearly with clients to keep them informed throughout the process
About you




3+ years practical experience in running conveyancing files
Strong knowledge in Conveyancing or Property Law
Confident and proficient in completing contract reviews
Ability to run a variety of VIC matters including residential sales, purchases and transfers
Experience with managing Commercial matters or Leases is highly regarded
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts in clear, accessible language
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage high volume
Experience with legal practice management software (we use TriConvey)
NSW Conveyancing experience is highly regarded
