Monash Health is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager for North Ward at Dandenong Hospital. This 0.8 EFT part‐time fixed‐term role continues to November ****, focusing on leadership, clinical governance and patient-centred care within a 20-bed plastics-related surgical unit.
You will deputise for the Nurse Manager, coordinate rostering and patient flow, and drive quality improvements in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
