This is a part-time, contractor on-site Speech Pathologist role based in Panania, NSW.
The Speech Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for children, adolescents, and adults.Key responsibilitiesDevelop individualized therapy plansDeliver one-on-one and small-group interventionsCollaborate with psychologists, occupational therapists, families, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated carePrepare clinical documentation and reports for Medicare and NDISContribute to quality improvement activities and career development within the practiceAbout youStrong skills in Speech Therapy and the assessment and treatment of Speech and Communication DisordersExpertise in managing Language Disorders, including receptive and expressive language difficultiesCompetence in the assessment and treatment of Dysphagia and other swallowing-related concerns,



where clinically relevantExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients of all ages and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teamsRecognized degree in Speech PathologyCurrent membership or eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)Any required professional registration in NSWStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseloadCommitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional developmentEligibility to work with Medicare and NDIS clients, including current Working With Children Check and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain them
