With industry-leading expertise in Open Space, Arboriculture, Tree Management, Parks & Gardens, Sportsfield Maintenance and Turf Renovations, they are known for professionalism, safety, and delivering every job to the highest standard.
We're recruiting for their upcoming busy season in the Open Space / Parks & Gardens division — Mornington. We have both Temp to permanent positions, along with seasonal casual roles working 5 days a week!
The Role: Mowing Crew Team Member
Work alongside an experienced horticultural team maintaining some of Melbourne's most beautiful and highly regarded gardens and parklands.
Your day may include:
Front deck & zero turn mower operation
Brushcutting
Blower operation
Herbicide application
General labouring duties
What We're Looking For




Commercial Parks & Gardens / Horticulture experience (highly desirable)
Knowledge of herbicide application techniques (highly desirable)
A genuine desire to work outdoors
Physically fit and team-oriented
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
Strong commitment to safe work practices
Current Victorian Driver's Licence
