Financial Controller

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Lead the finance function and partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team
Lead, mentor and develop a small finance team and because it's a small team you will comfortable jumping in and helping out when needed.
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts,



long-term financial modelling and scenario analysis
Provide commercial insights and data-driven recommendations
Contribute to strategy development, growth analysis and business improvement initiatives
Drive finance transformation, automation and efficiency projects
Champion technology, data analytics and AI-enabled solutions
Maintain financial controls, governance frameworks and compliance activities
Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and working capital
Oversee revenue integrity and billing accuracy
Manage relationships with external advisers and regulatory stakeholders
Identify risks and opportunities affecting organisational sustainability
WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE
CA or CPA qualification
Previous experience as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance or equivalent
Minimum 8 - 10 years' senior finance leadership experience
Experience working in a small to medium business
Experience managing and running a payroll
Robust commercial acumen and strategic capability
Experience in transformation, automation and process improvement
Passion for technology, data and AI-driven business improvement
Aged care, disability or healthcare experience is advantageous
