The role requires an energetic faith-filled, committed and skilled leader who values a team-oriented coherent approach to decision making and administration. The Literacy and Inquiry Leader needs to show initiative and share innovative ideas while ensuring the MACS **** Vision and School Improvement Plan are at the forefront of all decisions made.
